Senior management often demands process improvements within short timeframes (e.g., 6 weeks) while providing minimal resources. As a relatively new team member, I was frequently left with a heavy workload and little support. My manager often responded with negative comments, expressing disappointment without offering the necessary resources or guidance. When I reached out for support from a specific external team, I was told they were busy and directed to look for recordings in Google Drive—most of which were either missing or unhelpful. Yet, I was later questioned about why I wasn’t asking more questions, despite only ever being told to "look in the GDrive"—a major red flag. I was left to figure things out on my own. Additionally, my manager consistently spoke poorly about external partners (e.g., calling our 3PL partners ‘lazy’ after meetings), which set a poor example of leadership.
