Pros
Pay is decent, but cons outweigh it by a landslide. This place is only right for you if you’re lazy and don’t mind people constantly talking down to you. They definitely discriminate.
Cons
They will tell you Omninet is a family, but that is just a front. You’ll be treated like you’re incompetent unless you’re a very wealthy male. Family members are in all of the management positions and get to come and go as they want, but the rest of us can't leave 15 minutes early without an explanation. Management is extremely unorganized & opposed to advice/changes because they believe that they already thought of the best possible method & someone beneath them couldn’t possibly find a better way. Everything will be your fault even if it isn't. If you try to explain the situation, they will tell you that they don't need to hear it. They have zero trust in their employees. No work-life balance.
