Pros

- The management and workers based in the Milwaukee office are absolutely wonderful. They are making the best out of a bad situation.

Cons

- The executive team make decisions in the name of efficiency that end up causing suffocation by red tape - There is a complete and utter disregard for the thoughts and opinions of anyone outside of the executive layer - They managed to take what was at one point a very friendly and open work environment and turn it into a soulless facade of what it once was - Company morale is through the floor and nothing is being done about it - Almost all of the decisions come from the headquarters office and are forced upon the other offices even if it will hurt productivity or morale at the other offices - The entire company is based around the whims of the headquarter office and the other locations are an afterthought - this is made incredibly apparent in day to day interactions - The pay is well below the national average for any position at the company - I cannot stress enough how far below the national average many positions at this company get paid

Pros

You'll gain an insider's view of how to mismanage a company spectacularly.

Cons

Unexpected layoffs and surprise firings are basically part of the culture, and morale is hanging on by a thread. Everyone's carrying more weight than they signed up for, while the higher-ups squabble over trivial nonsense. Staff turnover is ridiculous, which honestly tells you everything you need to know. If you enjoy navigating chaos, being undervalued, and watching incompetence run rampant, this might feel like an adventure. For the rest of us, it's a hard pass.
