      Very nice office and work space.

      Cons

      Too many cliches and you have to suck up to keep managers happy. It isn't based on the quality of your work.

      Pros

      The management are real people who know how to lead. The office is very New Age and aesthetically pleasing. Help is always available. The company is growing rapidly due to the driven workforce.

      Cons

      There are no downsides at this time- I don't expect any in the future.
