They will put you in a position with no clear training or job duties. The turn over in the office is so high constantly that you will be burdened with other peoples work. They wont train you to do your job effectively because they don't know how to. Don't waste your time with this company. Property owners are constantly ending management and employees are constantly leaving. You will be picking up from someone who just left the job and answering phones calls from distraught property owners who haven't been able to contact anyone about their property. Awful place to work.
