Great place to work - Operations OmniData (OR) Employee Review

I have worked at OmniData for over a year and I have been very impressed with the transparency and leadership of the executive team and company leaders. In consulting companies, especially remote companies, it is hard to have a grasp of culture and getting to know other team members but I feel like OmniData does a great job of doing they best they can to ensure there is clear communication and company information as well as providing ways to engage employees and keep people connected as best as possible in this environment.

Only con is standard growing pains of a smaller company that is growing and getting to the next level.

Fun culture, great people. Competitive pay.

Not much to say in terms of negative. It's a bit disorganized, I suppose.
