Great place to work and continuous internal improvements with operations. leadership has improved, too - listen to ideas and are open to suggestions; communication continues to improve, also. Great benefits, terrific staff and nice facilities. Added a $1 million air conditioning unit in 2021 to ensure Press Operators work in a comfortable environment - one of many examples of the continuous workplace environment improvements implemented by OMNI's leadership. CEO super nice and down to earth, great leadership. Many long-term employees with low turnover.
