Pros
Free Friday drinks twice a month. Free lunch on Fridays.
Cons
It's pretty clear that many of the positive reviews are false, written by HR people. The wordings are very similar to the job ads. The company is pumped with investor money, but the business really seems more like a castle build of air. Many employees and managers are unexperienced, afraid of making decisions and afraid of speaking their mind. No open culture, instead it's a lot of gossiping going on. A very immature environment. Big words from the top management, but very little results. No leadership skills whatsoever. People quitting all the time. Many people are unhappy. A lot of finger pointing. No gratitude is shown to employees who like to "walk the extra mile", hence a very flat learning curve. I can only speak for the marketing department (all though, I have friends and colleagues in several departments, and I hear the same type of complaints). If it's your very first job after studying, it can be OK to fill your CV, but you won't want to stay long if you really want to develop and learn.
