      Great environment to work in. Had a great worker \supervior relationship. Meaning they cared about employees well being.

      Cons

      The summers are hot. While being told not to worry about getting laid off, I was one of those laid off this past April.

      I came up with some of the best group of people at Omega. Couldnt ask for a better work enviroment.
