Good people that own the company make all the difference. The people are nice and friendly, many people are there for decades, what does that say about the company

It's hard to say, I'm sure we could all use more money because inflation has gone up , but ilall my bills are nothing to how much more Omega has to pay. So I guess we are doing good, I get paid good and I'm appreciated

Just about everyone working at omega makes up for the less then stellar pay. Management works with you if you have you have difficulties such as back problems, or health issues, or chronic conditions. The owners are on site and are very good people to work for. If you ask for more hours they will find a way to give it to you. Everyone who works there is nice to each other for the most part. If you are just out of school and need a place to work until you can find a job in your field, omega cannot be beat.

The pay is low, However it is better then working retail. It is possible to sustain yourself on it, but you will only just be making it. Another problem is the warehouse mainly speaks Spanish and not English so communicating with them can be hard.
