Pros

The paid time off is nice.

Cons

The company is doing very well, but they treat their employees very poorly. The CEO cares only about lining his pockets while employees struggle because the pay and raises are absolutely pitiful. The insurance premiums are also very expensive for the employee. The VP will bring people aboard that he has worked with from previous companies and promote them very quickly while others who have been with the company for many years are never promoted. Employee moral is very low here but management doesn't care about that. People only stay because the work is easy and the company offers a lot of PTO.

They offer lots of holidays off paid.

Cons

Management is awful, employees are miserable. A good raise is a quarter. Owner gets rich, while employees scrape by. No growth.
