Pros
The initial onboarding process was fine and the team is fine to work with.
Cons
The company culture is very very bad. Everything is fine until you decide to move on, and then it becomes a nightmare. Do not be misled by the inflated positive reviews on here, most of them are staged by management to hide the reality.
Hostile HR: The offboarding process is terrible. I had to follow up 5 to 6 times just to get a response. The senior HR is extremely rude, power trips, and makes highly unprofessional personal insults.
No Management Support: I complained directly to the Co-Founder about how poorly I was treated. I told him that I was subjected to unprofessional remarks by senior HR that "I don't like your tone" simply for asking for standard updates but he did absolutely nothing.
Terrible Facilities: The office is a small, cramped building with zero employee benefits. There are no basic benefits, no free food, and you end up spending a massive chunk of your own money on daily expenses. They pay a basic salary and offer nothing else to support their employees. The washrooms are always dirty and unhygienic.
Save your mental peace and look elsewhere. They do not respect their employees at all.
