The environment described here is not representative of Olympus Group. We have clear expectations around professionalism, respect, and integrity, and we do not tolerate bullying or unethical behavior. When concerns are raised, they’re reviewed through established leadership and HR channels and addressed appropriately — though we don’t discuss individual personnel matters publicly out of respect for everyone’s privacy.
For anyone considering Olympus, we encourage you to read our broader set of reviews and ask direct questions during the interview process. You’ll get the most accurate picture by hearing from multiple team members across departments — not a single viewpoint.
On benefits: we’re always working to improve our total rewards package, but it’s simply not accurate to call our benefits “beyond horrible.” One of our most meaningful benefits is our profit-sharing program — we share 20% of company profits with our team members because we believe when Olympus wins, our people should win too.
