Pros

The benefits are good, they have 401k with matching up to 3%. Some employees are wonderful. And make working at olymbec fun.

Cons

Management clearly has favorites as you can tell by treatment and what they are allowed to do that others are not. Some supervisors will work with you and show respect. While others like To micromanage. The lack of trust is very evident.

Pros

Obtain vast knowledge of commercial property management.

Cons

You are left alone on an island without a paddle, no support and you’re under a microscope 100% of the time being micromanaged. A lot of negative feedback given by management to all levels of staff, rarely any complements. Working 55+ hours a week as a property manager. Absolutely no work life balance, it’s all about bringing in the money, getting the tenants to pay even though they have no heat, no A/C, dark hallways, and run down buildings. Horrible pay for office personnel, $10/hr, and even worse for engineers.
