      Friendly family environment and not stressful!

      Really the only area for improvement is communication

      Pros

      Great team! I am so glad I get to be part of the Olymbec family. Great benefits, great pay, & very caring owners, upper management & co-workers! If you're looking for a place you won't regret choosing to work for you need not look no further! I never dread going into work. My family sees how happy I am with having this opportunity in my life.

      Cons

      Only downside would be nothing I have come across yet!

      Pros

      The benefits are good, they have 401k with matching up to 3%. Some employees are wonderful. And make working at olymbec fun.

      Cons

      Management clearly has favorites as you can tell by treatment and what they are allowed to do that others are not. Some supervisors will work with you and show respect. While others like To micromanage. The lack of trust is very evident.
