Good for people who do not hold any specific degree or wants to start their career, if it's the case, the moment you get it, search for another opportunity; For people who likes to have some routines and not any challenge.
Cons
Worse place for professionals! if you already hold a university degree, be sure that your boss know way less than you; You won't learn anything and those bosses will make sure that you won't learn much. if you don't have any family there, then be sure you won't progress! they call this a "fammily oriented coorporation"
