Pros
The people are really kind. The company often does little things that are kind like sending you free tee shirts or other random packages. The company is very ambitious about growth.
Cons
Because Olsson is focused on growing so much sometimes it feels like there isn’t as much importance put on current employees. I would like to see more internal leadership opportunities as well - Olsson has often hired outside of the organization for leadership roles.
