      Great environment and people on the CM side. Flexible with family/school requirements.

      Cons

      Bonus program is below average, the team bonus structure is outdated and proven to not be effective. Pay is below most.

      Pros

      Each office provides tons of free alcohol to the employees. In office happy hours area help with morale. Drinking is encouraged. We’re allowed to drink at work starting at 4pm.

      Cons

      You have to be at work by 8am and work AT LEAST 40 hours a week!
