Pros
Good Managers, and hard working contributors. Good benefits
Cons
Terrible Executive Leaders. Every quarter, Olo seems to go through some sort of layoffs or RIFs. While only two have made it in media mainstream twos in the last two years, at least two more were made quietly. And the typical saying "I am more confident today than I was yesterday of Olo"...then 2-3 months later, another lay off..then "im even more confident of Olo today than I was last month"...stop it, it's a broken record, we are not children. This is indicative of poor leadership and making many wrong decisions that have cost the livelihood of 200+ true professionals in our space over the last year. There have been no consequence for the leaders making these horrendous decisions. As shareholders of Olo, I hope the Board will take a serious look at the shape of this organization. And if you are looking to join Olo, please know that it's not as pretty as they may make it look. Many are hard workers, but I can tell you that no-one feels safe of their role no matter their tenure or performance.
