Crew members all seem happy to be there, which makes the work environment feel very positive. Managers are very understanding and genuinely try to accommodate all employees. There's always room for growth in the company.

The company is still figuring out a lot of things as they're expanding, which means a lot of things change from time to time. Not necessarily a bad thing, though!
