The 2 week training is good. The benefits are decent.
Cons
The computer system is chaotic to learn. Very old school 20+ years. Be prepared to cross sell products you get taught nothing about. Watch your back. Everything you do and say is thrown back at you. The limits and decision making is very small. My advice is to stay away.
