      Great insurance, 401K match, the people, the pay, nice equipment, customer flexibility, strong financially secure company.

      Cons

      Too many hours, no appreciation, too many "good ole boy" clubs, does not always hire from within, upper management are not honest.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
