Cons

Coming out of the pros, the huge amount of topics to cover can be overwhelming especially in the beginning, the training barely covers all you do and doesn't really give you any troubleshooting background.

Cons

All calls & emails are now monitored. Graded & tracked on your calls. New requirement is now to have 50+ calls a month recorded in Gong (Gong was previously phased out but now a requirement). Pay rises are low, false promises each year of promotions & generous pay rises Team members favoured over others Work life balance now near on impossible with all the new asks put in place
