Pros

- Remote friendly although this seems to be changing - Ok comp - Literally nothing else

Cons

- Totally incompetent leadership, especially Todd - Way too much middle management for a company of it's size - Heavy blame and PiP culture - Cliquey culture. Very clear "in" and "out" group - Very limited career growth opportunities - Incoherent and disjointed product, marketing, and communications strategy - It's a growth company that's completely stagnated. It continues to be surpassed by startups and other larger security providers who release features/product way quicker - Marketing org is very toxic and political - Okta is full of yes people who refuse to experiment and try anything new. Good luck presenting any new ideas with out getting immediately shot down - Hostile and antagonistic organizational structure. There's a strong divide between Workforce Cloud (WIC) and Customer Cloud (CIC). Both sides of the business actively work against each other and their goals which severely limits its overall growth

Good company benefits - private healthcare, employee stock purchase programme Annual sales kickoff

Cons

All calls & emails are now monitored. Graded & tracked on your calls. New requirement is now to have 50+ calls a month recorded in Gong (Gong was previously phased out but now a requirement). Pay rises are low, false promises each year of promotions & generous pay rises Team members favoured over others Work life balance now near on impossible with all the new asks put in place
