      Pay is decent, flexible scheduling, coworkers are great

      Cons

      Benefits are garbage, HR is unresponsive, hours are constantly cut without warning, the majority of trips are nonsense, awful communication between dispatch and crews

      Reactive approach to problem solving (even if you could see a problem from a mile away, little would be done until there was an immediate need to fix it) Poor truck maintenance
