Pros

1] Very open culture. 2] Opportunity to learn anything & everything. Show your interest & get the opportunity. 3] Senior staff is greatly supportive. 4] Bright chances of onsite to talented people.

Cons

1] The company is in shifting mode from Service based to product based. So I would say Serviced based technical people are not very comfortable as the environment is challenging & time bound. 2] Salary is credited on 10th or earlier for given month. 3] Lack of Entertainment quotient. Management is working to improve on this front though.

Pros

1. Tremendous learning opportunities for fresh graduates 2. The flagship product is doing really well in the market and is expected to do better. This means better growth opportunities for entire organization. 3. Flat org structure. So feel free to reach out to anyone with anything. But yes, you have to speak up. No one in this organisations has telepathic powers. 4. Short term travel opportunities to USA 5. Good pay. Everything is a net salary, there's hardly any deductions 6. 100% Variable pay payout 7. The Health Insurance is provided by the company and it's not deducted from your CTC like other organisation. 8. The organisation is still growing, so opportunities are endless 9. Overall a nice company to grow

Cons

1. Mandatory 9 hrs/ day policy. It's implemented as some of the employees started taking advantage of a free/ open work culture. But there has to be some other way to tackle this problem. 2. Salary credited on 10th of every month. Good to have it on last working day of the month 3. Attrition. People leave this organisation to join more established ones, but it's always better to be a part of a fast growing company and grow with it rather that joining an already grown company with stagnated growth. 4. People: Technically, they might be awesome, but somehow the sense of ownership is missing. It's more of a HR function to inculcate this among the employees.

adopt new technologies and gives exposure to everone..not depending upon u r strength.

Cons

weak higher managment..it is bit partial..
