      Fun place to work, lots to learn and the people we're great. Work schedule was 4 10's and Fridays were as needed bases depending on the department you worked

      Cons

      Some times work would slow because other areas in the line would have issues and shut down the areas at the start of the line

      Pros

      O'Gara will be a great company to work for in two to five years. They train very interesting and exciting people and companies.

      Cons

      When I was there the company was undergoing a shift in focus and resources, so directions from upper management were sometimes shaky or contradictory
