-Salary is absolutely a nightmare. You are promised a base pay that is dependent on the activity that you generate. The activity that is measured are "points" and you must meet the weekly requirements. Simply put, if you do the required amount of points, you receive your expected salary. If you do more, you receive an increase in your salary. If you do less, your pay gets docked. While this is commonly used as an incentive tool in most regular sales positions, this has now become a tool of punishment and a constant dread in the day-to-day. If you are even 1 point under the requirement, your pay will be cut substantially.
-Benefits are devastatingly expensive. Sure you are given PTO, but even if you use your own TIME OFF, you are expected to make up for all the work that you missed. It is truly such a contradictory practice of "paid time off."
-Favoritism is clearly evident, recognized, but nothing is done to either remedy or even hide it. This ranges from having exceptions from point requirements, deals being handed to, and preferential treatment. Nepotism is also a huge factor of employment here and those who fall under that blanket, treat others differently.
