      Pros

      Flexibility for remote work. Nothing else proved to be a pro in my time at the firm.

      Cons

      An extremely toxic environment. Attorneys are given absolute freedom to speak to and treat their support staff in an abusive manner. This includes attorneys clients as well. The only important thing to this Firm is the bottom line. There is no protection for employees dealing with this challenging behavior. When it was reported to management, I was told to have "thick skin" in response to dealing with these types of interactions. This Firm has missed the mark so many times and continues to foster a toxic work environment instead of protecting their employees from abusive and toxic behavior in the workplace.
