      Was good startup. Salary on time and other things like gratuity etc. Work life balance. Work on new technologies. Enjoyed a lot Odyssey when when they had good client.

      Cons

      Having no permanent client and project. But doing effort to again good clients.

      Pros

      The opportunity is amazing! Small company that is focused on building their people and growth is demanded.

      Cons

      Takes a lot of time management (which Im getting better at). Few sacrifices to be successful but the reward does outweigh the risk!
