      I worked with Odiware for a period of 6 months and got converted into direct payroll with LnT. Overall I had a good experience with the team and the support they provided during my tenure with them

      Geographic limitations -Should open in other Geolocation too.

      Pros

      Highly professional and humble people. I appreciate the management for managing the complete Covid period.As much I know there was no salary cut or job losses in odiware during covid. Rather 15 days salary was given in advance on request basis.

      Cons: Some virtual team building activities to be planned considering wfh will continue for longer period
