The culture at Oddwork is great! Very family-like environment where wins are celebrated daily and everyone are encouraged to develop and perform. At the same time Oddwork is a very high achieving company where management expects great results from its employees. However, everyone at Oddwork are high achievers by nature so this only adds to the culture.

Don't really know if it's a con but we are in a competitive market where you can not take the easy road to be great in your role. You have to be in it to 100 %. If possible, I would also love to have a dish washer in the kitchen!

Since I have started at Oddwork, there have been 5 new hires, and not stopping there...this is a fast-growing company! We are changing the way companies work with their brand marketing as well as taking a new approach to recruitment - with the talents in focus. "The war on talent is over.
