No areas of growth, since there is no bandwidth to do things outsid e of scope because there is no time . But the ceo / manager will tell u instead that it's because u r unmotivated so no growth Many menial, labour-intensive tasks that can be automated Hard to launch new initiatives also as projects are always getting pushed back or cancelled at the last minute , after all the legwork and preparations are complete Not a lot of skill improvement for employees who have work experience already
