Read reviews on indeed because there are some saying the same thing. This is the most toxic place. They do not know how to run and operate a business. If you’re a family friend you’re fine, but if not they don’t care about you. If you see job postings it’s because half of the company left in 2025. It’s a revolving door of employees because everyone is miserable. They hire people with no experience because they can afford it. When they do hire people with actual years of experience it’s $30-40k pay cut for them, they don’t trust the experienced employees and don’t provide autonomy to ones who should. The president is awful. They expect so much from your for being treated horribly. They have no understanding of some some departments and won’t listen to you. Coworkers are crying, getting sick, or shaking before coming into the office. Long story short, it’s not worth it, even if you are desperate for money. It’s a joke.
