Pros
The one and only pro at Odan are the amazing colleagues you get to work alongside with but don't get too close, they will most likely leave within the year.
Cons
Where to begin!
To start, don't be fooled by the positive comments about them, they are fake added by HR/management to up appearances.
Next and probably the worst is the monster of an owner. I say monster because he is literally a Dr. Jackyl/Mr. Hyde....more Hyde though with the mentality of 5 year old. YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK FOR THIS MAN.
He will belittle, insult and embarrass you in front of anyone and everyone who is around. Has the nerve to call his staff incompetent when he cannot turn on a calculator himself. He will proceed to stomp his feet like a child when he's unhappy or throw a phone. God forbid you ever make an error or you will find yourself on his hit list and at the point you better update that resume!
Flexibility? non-existent here.
Turn over? weekly.
Workload? Be prepared to have task after task on your shoulders but don't expect an increase in salary!
Basically, if you are reading this contemplating if you should apply or accept a position here......RUN. Ex out of your application screen or kindly decline the offer because you do not want to work here. No money is worth the condescending, abuse and level of stress just his voice will bring you.
