Pros
There really isn't as this is not a serious security company.
Cons
It seem this company had my back at first only to turn around and put me in a compromising position. This company is more than likely in the red and appears to operate as such. A previous property of theirs's had the contract terms deteriorate to such a degree, that it compromised their very guards. If you're looking to get into the security field as a serious or seasoned guard whether that's ex-military/retire police/armed guard-look elsewhere. This company is not the place or as it's put "people don't appreciate it when you go above and beyond." Oh and the photos you'll see on Google Reviews of them training their guards physically-yeah that's not a thing here anymore. There is no such thing as further training as "other people have to be interested" in order for Oculus to pay for advanced training. Will risk compromising their guards in order to keep contracts with poor clients.
