Pros
The people are amazing. Made so many friends here and most of the time, the energy is high in the office, creating a great vibe. Great incentives such as vouchers, etc. A great place for a so al life outside of work. Good work/life balance. Really good with mental health and understanding if someone is ill, or needs time off for personal reasons. Free food - amazing food too! Breakfast and lunch, Incredible office.
Cons
Shocking procedures. Things changes literally by the day. Big things, such as commission, procedures that we’ve already told customers, etc. you can think your taking home a good amount of money (that you’ve worked for), only for it to be taken off you due to a high up decision to change the structure with immediate effect. Barely any leads to work with. Sometimes weeks with literally no work. Management tell you what you want to hear, but not always the truth. Gets very toxic when the chips are down.
