      Pros

      Plenty to do. Still an ever changing market. Integrations with EVs/Batteries are always coming thick and fast, there looks like there is a long road map. We are actively trying to make things cheaper and better for our customers which is rare, not just lip service. Equity in business.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little higher. More things need setting in stone before accelerating for growth.

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
