Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your feedback is really appreciated. It has been a busy couple of months supporting our customers with higher contact volumes than usual. Recently, we’ve had lots of great new team mates join the site who once fully trained up will make a big difference to teams. In the next 1-2 months, we’re looking at how we can rebalance workloads.
