      - Paid well - Mature codebase with significant technical oversight - Broad spectrum of talent and experience to collaborate with - Lots of opportunities to work on different projects - Great offices and atmosphere - Management who can actually relate to what the minions do - Energy is a cool industry to work in

      - Still figuring out how it prioritises work - Sometimes the biscuits run out / the next jar is further away :-(

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
