The salary is decent for an entry level job, the office perks are nice (breakfast and snacks etc)
Cons
Customer service hell, you need thick skin. People are mean, getting shouted at and spoken down to all day on the phones. Lots of pressure from management to keep the phone wait time below 30 seconds, leaving no time for other more complex complaints/issues to get solved.
