      The flexibility and life balance is one of the gratests benefits Octopia provides to its employees. The people and the culture is amazing.

      Cons

      Everything any startup has. A lot of work, challenges and growing pains. If you are looking for a status quo and clear procedures, this is not the right company at the moment.
