Pay & benefits were very good! Office is beautiful & very clean. The office felt homey yet professional. Newer computers, monitors, & cell phones. Free snacks in a fully operational kitchen.
Cons
If you don't get into the popular group here, you won't pass the 3 month mark. No one will speak to you or get to know you & then tell you you didn't fit in. I was in charge of a new project & no one even checked in to see how it was going. I was 6 weeks in. Then when they finally asked to see a report, they fired me. In a 20 person office, 3 quit & 2 were fired in a 2 month period. My background is sales so I am very outgoing & usually well liked. This was a shock to my system. There are reviews on Indeed that speak about the same things I am saying here.
