-Salary is always delayed, it is according to the management’s convenience and not in the month’s end or beginning of the next month -All over experience to gain from here is only for 1 year, afterwards the job comes to a permanent halt -Work environment is not challenging, it is made difficult for employees to work through poking them in their personal life matters -Barrier of professionality and personal life is removed by the unmoral comments or jokes made by the management to the employees -They can fire you or remove you from service by playing cheap and childish tactics -You cannot make friends in office or talk or suggest an advice against any conflict of the management, employees are treated more like slaves who are forced to churn out their time and energy only for the company, beware if you are married you need to spend more time with company than your partner -Company policies are changed every week every hour as suited per the management’s need, it can be your office attire, the time, even the leave policies are not permanent -If you are leaving the company, first they will try to stop you from moving by playing the policy change game, if they are not able to change your mind, the next day of your reliving you will be getting calls from the management as hired goons trying to threaten you for leaking any company projects or name of the management as if they are working for some nuclear bio weapon
