Salary grow more than experience which is good within the first year but yiu pay for that in the second and the third year with your blood and sweat. Late nights working on redundant tasks to please young inexperienced boses whose rise to those positions was because they had better contests to come things and not because of possessing a balance between technical skills and bettwr people's management.

Manufactured urgency with task deadline. Unecesary pressure. The company is fixated on tasks that doesn't add value just so you appear to be busy.

Great for people who just came out of school, really gets you to work hard and gets first level exposure.

I wouldn’t recommend it for more experienced professionals. It would also be challenging for people with families, given the long working hours and the strong emphasis on staying late as a measure of productivity. It can also be frustrating at times because pushback isn’t well received, and there can be limited openness to alternative perspectives or acknowledging mistakes
