Pros

Very smart people, collaborative coworkers, and a company mission that feels meaningful. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and contribute.

Cons

It is a growing company, so things can move quickly and processes are still being figured out in some areas.

Pros

The company offers flexibility in work arrangements. Free lunch on Fridays. There appears to be potential for growth if leadership can get the company on the right track and focus on retaining customers. Many employees are intelligent, capable, and bring bright ideas to the table.

Cons

In my experience, a certain employee seemed to receive special treatment due to personal relationships with leadership, which I felt hindered effective management style and discipline. Some managers are not held accountable for issues within their departments, which has negatively impacted the Wearables division. The sales department exists but is underdeveloped and lacks the structure needed to properly support company growth. The logistics department is disorganized, and leadership does not fully grasp the importance of implementing a proper inventory management system. This reactive approach has caused major inventory discrepancies that, with proper oversight, could have been prevented. The company lacks a defined culture or sense of community, and the office environment feels stale and uninspired.

Pros

1) Lunch in the office every other week 2) true 9-5 job and sometimes even earlier depending on if the csuite is in the office

Cons

1) CEO and CFO have no idea what they’re doing. They display a lack of confidence in everything, and their insecurities around that make them constantly change what matters, irritable, and all around just weird. Their nervous energy trickles down to their teams and broadly makes the culture very stressful 2) lack of diversity
