The only good is they will offer you nice salary and work from home due to grey software they are implementing.
Cons
Health benefit so so, people management suck, always trust people with really proven records and new people not much chance to grow. Use non IT standard framework to manage software life cycle, always ad-hoc, and people management from top down is really terrible, no clear guideline, no clear direction, everything is follow your boss's mind to turn the direction.
