The Benefits were astonishing. 401K matching was 100% up to 8%, leading to a 16% contribution. 100% medical coverage.20 days / year personal leave. My co-workers were talented. The offices provided free sodas and snacks. The computer equipment was first rate.
Cons
Management could not have been more incompetent. The interview was completely devoid of any technical questions regarding the position for which they hired me. The guidance I received while there was vague to the point of being absent. Goals were never associated with due dates. My lead had very unreal expectations. The acquisition by ManTech changed the culture and chaos prevailed from then on.
