      - Pretty flexible and fair with requesting days off - Fun team and group to work with depending on shifts - Pretty short and flexible with shift days and times - Offers break during shift - Discount at store for working

      - High pressure to get Insider Signups - Not super competitive pay and pay raises

      Pros

      You don't experience many of the retail horror stories you would at larger chains. Management was reasonably flexible with scheduling and always took our side during customer disputes. 30% discount nice bonus too (40% on some days)
