      Very relaxed, yet still in-control management. A wide range of job responsibilities allows it to remain exciting.

      Cons

      Store management was often conflicted by corporate management over what was best for our individual store. This made for a difficult situation of how to work.

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
